Shareholders are advised that the consolidated annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the
year ended 30 June 2019, which were scheduled to be released on 25 September 2019, will now be released
on SENS on or before 4 October 2019.
The board and management apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in the release of the
results and the investor presentation.
