RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement published on SENS
on 14 August 2019 and are reminded that the application by Investec for the liquidation of
the Company is being opposed by Orion. As previously advised the Company has secured
funding from another financial institution, subject to certain conditions precedent.
Furthermore, shareholders are reminded that two separate offers have been received on
Wendywood Shopping Centre and the Northcliff Atrium, the proceeds of which could also
be applied to settle Investec. The period for delivery of guarantees has been extended in
relation to the Northcliff Atrium transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
securities until a further announcement has been made.
