CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF AN ASSOCIATE'S HOLDINGS OF AOE's SECURITIES
Shareholders are advised that on 29 March 2019, the Stewart and Pat Shub Family Trust, an associate
of CEA Radowsky, a director of Queenspark Proprietary Limited, a major subsidiary of AOE, transferred
50 000 AOE "N" ordinary shares to the Zealot Trust, which is also an associate of CEA Radowsky, at a
price of RNil per share with a deemed value of R1 175 000. Mrs Radowsky is a trustee and a beneficiary
of both associates, and there is no change in the nature of her interests. The transaction was conducted
off-market and clearance to deal is not applicable.
