CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Niveus
shareholders are advised that the following changes have been made to the Niveus Board
of Directors:
We welcome Mr. Mohamed Haroun Ahmed (BCom, Accounting) to the Board as an
independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Mohamed is a businessman
and has held directorships in numerous listed and unlisted companies. He is currently the
lead independent director and chairperson of the audit committee of Montauk Holdings,
Deneb Investments, Hospitality Property Fund and Tsogo Sun Hotels.
