UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the initial trading statement published on SENS on
26 July 2019 wherein they were advised that TeleMasters' expected to report that the
earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of the Company
for the year ended 30 June 2019 will be at least 90% lower (less than 0.7 cents per
share ("cps")) than the EPS of 7.38 cps and the HEPS of 7.36 cps for the year ended
30 June 2018.
The Company is pleased to be able to report that the results will be better than
initially expected and that for the year ended 30 June 2019, HEPS and EPS will be
2.48 cps, being 66% lower than the EPS of 7.38 cps and the HEPS of 7.36 cps for the
year ended 30 June 2018.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company's auditors.
