CHANGE IN DESIGNATED AUDIT PARTNER
Shareholders are advised that the Company's independent auditors, Nexia SAB&T have
advised that as a result of a reallocation of audits amongst audit partners, Mr Johandre
Engelbrecht has been appointed as the new audit partner, replacing Mr T.J. de Kock. Mr
Englebrecht appointments as designated audit partner will be confirmed at the next Annual
General Meeting.
