NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the distribution of the Italtile integrated annual report for the year ended
30 June 2019 ("IAR") is to be delayed in order to allow for the finalisation thereof including, inter alia, the
incorporation of the salient features of the Italtile Retention Scheme ("Scheme") into the notice of annual
general meeting ("Notice"), which Notice is contained in the IAR.
The resolution pertaining to the adoption of the Scheme included in the Notice will, further to the review and
approval by the JSE Limited of the Scheme, be tabled at the upcoming annual general meeting for
consideration and approval by shareholders.
Accordingly, the IAR will be distributed to shareholders on or about 15 October 2019.
