APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As was announced on SENS on 24 May 2018, 3 September 2018 and 8 November
2018, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Murray, the
former CEO of the Group, as a non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 1 October 2019.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are further advised that Doug will serve as a member of the
Group's Risk Committee and as an invitee to the Group's Audit Committee.
Doug will also serve on the Group's UK and Australian subsidiaries' boards
and committees.
The Board welcomes Doug and looks forward to his contribution.
