CLARIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 September 2019 and are advised
that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Cognition will be held at Cognition House, situated on the
corner of Bram Fischer Drive and Will Scarlet Road, Ferndale, Randburg at 10:00 on Friday,
22 November 2019 and not on Thursday, 21 November 2019 as stated therein. The date of the annual
general meeting is correctly reflected in the notice of annual general meeting, which is contained in the
Integrated Annual Report.
