Trading statement
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Cartrack is
publishing a trading statement for the six months ended 31 August 2019 ("HY20") and expects the
HY20 results to fall within the following range:

The Group achieved robust growth of over 20% in both the subscriber base and subscription revenue.

by the Group's external auditors.
The Company expects to release its interim results for HY20 on 23 October 2019.
