APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 September 2019, wherein
shareholders were advised of the resignation of the Company Secretary effective 3 November 2019.
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are advised that Mrs
Nadia Winde ("Nadia") has been appointed as Company Secretary of Insimbi Industrial Holdings Limited
with effect from 3 October 2019.
Nadia, a qualified CA(SA) has been with the Group for over 5 years during which time she has been in
charge of Group finance including the compilation of interim financial results and the Integrated Annual
Report and the related SENS announcements.
The Board is satisfied that Nadia has the competence, experience and skills to fulfil the role.
