CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 September 2019 regarding the
resignation of Claire Coward as Peregrine group CFO and are advised that dispensation has been obtained
from the JSE Limited for Robert Katz to assume the dual role of Peregrine group CEO and CFO.
Robert Katz will accordingly assume the dual role of Peregrine group CEO and CFO with effect from
1 November 2019.
