Appointment of an alternate director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Gavin Chadwick
has been appointed as an alternate director to Dr Adrian
Enthoven, a non-executive director, with effect from 2 October
2019.
Mr Chadwick is the Head of Investments at Yellowwoods Ventures
Investments (Pty) Ltd, a privately held investment holding
company, a position that he has held for the last 5 years.
Prior to joining Yellowwoods, Mr Chadwick was the Managing
Director of Capricorn Capital Partners, a private equity
investor. Mr Chadwick holds an MBA from the University of Cape
Town.
The Board welcomes Mr Chadwick and looks forward to his
contribution to the Group.
