CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Innocentia Mmule Pule has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director to the board of directors of OneLogix ("the Board") with effect from
26 November 2019.
Innocentia, who holds a CA(SA), was until September 2012 Head of Finance at Nedbank Corporate
Banking, whereafter she was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of The National Empowerment
Fund, a position she held until end-July 2018. Currently, Innocentia acts as an independent
consultant to various parties.
The Board welcomes Innocentia and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
