Noteholders are advised that S&P Global Ratings has undertaken a credit
ratings review of Old Mutual Limited ("OML"), as guarantor to OMLACSA's
Unsecured Subordinated Note Programme dated 23 May 2019. On 8 October 2019,
S&P Global Ratings ("S&PGR") assigned the long-term South Africa National
Scale issuer credit rating of zaAA- and the short-term South Africa
National Scale issuer credit rating of zaA-1+' to OML. These are OML's
maiden ratings.
