CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr David Simon Danker
("Mr Danker") has been appointed as chief executive officer of the Company with immediate
effect. Mr James Slabbert, who assumed the role of executive chairman of the Board from
1 September 2019, will move into the role of non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Mr Danker is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with private equity and corporate finance
experience. He currently serves as an executive director of Clear Group. Prior to joining Clear
Group, Mr Danker was the founder and chief executive officer of a ride-sharing business and
also worked for Ernst & Young Inc.
The Board welcomes Mr Danker and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
