PUBLICATION OF THE GUARANTOR'S INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE
SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2019
The interim financial results of the guarantor of the Company, PSG
Konsult Limited ("the Guarantor"), for the 6 months ended 31 August
2019, are available at https://www.psg.co.za/files/investor-
relations/financial-information/PSGKH12020.pdf or may be requested
and obtained in person, at no charge, at the registered office of
the Company during office hours.
The interim financial results of the Guarantor include a restatement
of the prior comparative period's condensed consolidated income
statement, in terms of which the Guarantor reassessed its
presentation of revenue from contracts with customers for the six
months ended 31 August 2018, in accordance with the requirements of
IFRS 15 - Revenue from contracts with customers. This income was
previously included in commission and other fee income and other
operating income; however, it has now been separately disclosed on
the condensed consolidated income statement.
This restatement had no impact on the current or prior year reported
earnings, diluted earnings or headline earnings per share, or on the
net asset value or net cash flow.
