WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST FOR SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement issued on SENS on 26 September 2019 in which
shareholders were advised that the Company had received correspondence from shareholders holding
at least 10% of the voting rights of the issued share capital of the Company, requiring the board to call a
shareholders meeting in terms of section 61(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, to consider various
resolutions for purposes of, inter alia, reconstituting the board of the Company.
Shareholders are advised that the request for special general meeting has been withdrawn and
therefore the special general meeting will not be convened.
