CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Lighthouse is in advanced stages of negotiations regarding a potential significant
direct retail property acquisition in Iberia which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on
the price of the Company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders of Lighthouse are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the securities of the Company, until further announcements in this regard are made.
Lighthouse intends to raise additional capital through a rights offer ("Proposed Rights Offer"), which is
subject to certain regulatory and exchange approvals. Further information regarding the Proposed Rights Offer
will be communicated in due course.
The Company has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and
the Main Board of the JSE Limited ("JSE").
