COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
REINET INVESTMENTS S.C.A. SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME - UPDATE 15 OCTOBER 2019
Reinet Investments S.C.A. (the "Company") has repurchased 272 219 ordinary shares in the period 7 to 11 October 2019. The shares were repurchased on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 267.31 per share (highest price: ZAR 274.00; lowest price: ZAR 263.54) for a total consideration of some ZAR 72.77 million (EUR 4.4 million), plus transaction costs. These repurchases were made as part of the share buyback programme announced on 6 September 2019.
The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 1 377 706 ordinary shares for a total consideration of some ZAR 374.57 million (EUR 22.8 million), plus transaction costs.
