CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements published on 13 June 2019 and
29 August 2019 and are advised of the following changes to the composition of Redefine's audit
committee ("the committee"), effective from 14 October 2019:
- Bridgitte Mathews has stepped down as chairperson of the committee but will remain a
member;
- Daisy Naidoo has been appointed as a member of the committee and will replace Bridgitte
as its chairperson; and
- Ntombi Langa-Royds, previously appointed as a member of the committee in a temporary
capacity, will step down as a member of the committee.
Following the above changes the committee will comprise:
- Daisy Naidoo (member and chairperson);
- Bridgitte Mathews (member); and
- Lesego Sennelo (member).
