RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms Lulama L Letlape, will
resign as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect, in
order to pursue other business interests.
The Board would like to thank Lulama for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
