CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT: POTENTIAL BEE TRANSACTION
Bell Equipment shareholders are advised that the Company is engaged
in discussions which may culminate in the introduction of a Black
Economic Empowerment("BEE") shareholder into Bell Equipment Company
S A (Pty) Ltd, the manufacturing subsidiary of the Company ("the
proposed BEE transaction").
The proposed BEE transaction, if successfully concluded, may have an
effect on the market price at which Bell Equipment's shares trade on
the JSE Limited.
Accordingly, Bell Equipment shareholders are advised to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company's shares until a further
announcement is made.
