APPOINTMENT OF NEDBANK CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANKING AS
SPONSOR
In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Huge wishes to advise shareholders that it has appointed
Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking (Nedbank) as sponsor to
the Company, with effect from 18 October 2019.
Huge has terminated the services of Questco Corporate Advisory
Proprietary Limited (Questco) as sponsor to the Company with effect
from 17 October 2019. The reason for the termination is that Nedbank will
be providing a range of investment banking services to Huge and the
board of directors (the Board) of Huge is of the view that it is more
efficient and cost effective to include sponsor services in that suite of
services.
Huge thanks Questco for the services rendered to the Company over
the past five years and looks forward to working with Nedbank in the
future.
