CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT TO STRATEGIC DISPOSAL OF DATA WORLD GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 October 2019 relating to the
disposal by EOH Mthombo (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EOH, of its 100% interest in the
issued share capital and the corresponding shareholder claims in each of Data World (Pty) Ltd, Xcallibre
(Pty) Ltd and Evaluations Enhanced Property Appraisals (Pty) Ltd (together "Data World Group") to
Terra Analytics (Pty) Ltd and are advised that the value of the net assets of Data World Group as at
31 July 2019 was incorrectly reflected as R87 791 and is in fact R87 791 959.
