Reappointment of auditors
Shareholders are referred to a notification received from BDO South Africa Inc.
("BDO") on 17 October 2019, that BDO will not be seeking re-appointment as the
auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries, at the next annual general meeting
("AGM") of the Company.
The Company will commence the tender process for the appointment of auditors at the
next AGM.
The Company wishes to assure Shareholders that BDO has confirmed that the decision
to not seek reappointment will not impact or affect the existing audit engagements.
