Resignation of the Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ms Nana Aston has resigned as company secretary of Sea Harvest, effective
31 October 2019.
The Board would like to thank Ms Aston for her contribution to the Company and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
A recruitment process is underway and a further announcement will be made regarding the
appointment of a new company secretary in due course.
