flexible workspace in Germany, announces in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, the appointment of Neil J. A. Tsappis ("Neil"), LLM, FCIS, FRSA as interim
company secretary with effect from today (Wednesday 23 October 2019). Neil replaces Aoife L.
Bennett who will be leaving the Company with effect from 31 October 2019.
