Metrofile's shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 6 September 2019 and 11
September 2019 relating to the ongoing discussions between the Company and a third party following
an approach to the board of directors ("Board") regarding the potential acquisition of the entire issued
share capital of Metrofile ("Approach").
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made in this regard.
