UPDATE ON THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement initially published on 18 December 2018 and
are advised that the Company has managed to successfully defer the Investec liquidation
application to 2020.
The Company can now proceed to put the required funding in place to settle the remaining
Investec bonds.
Accordingly, the Company is withdrawing the cautionary announcement in relation to the legal
proceedings.
