General Meeting - Change of Time
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 27 September 2019 whereby notice was given
to Shareholders of the Company's General Meeting ("GM") to be held on Friday, 01 November 2019
(the "Announcement").
Shareholders are hereby notified that the time of the GM has changed from that published in the
Announcement and referred to in the circular distributed to the Company's shareholders. The GM will now
be held at 12:00 (GMT+4) at the Brainworks' registered office, Suite 1, Perrieri Office Suites, C2-302,
Level 3, Office Block C, La Croisette, Grand Baie, 3051, Republic of Mauritius.
The date and venue of the GM remain the same, that is Friday, 01 November 2019 at Brainworks'
registered office.
The change of time does not affect the validity of any form of proxy already submitted or to be submitted in
respect of the GM.
