CHANGE TO BOARD AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Alastair Dooley,
chief financial officer, has tendered his resignation and will
resign from the board and as a member of the risk committee,
effective 31 January 2020, as he will be emigrating to
Australia.
The board and management of City Lodge express their
appreciation to Mr Dooley for his commitment and valued
contribution to the Company over the past 10 years and wish him
every success in his future endeavours in Australia.
In line with the board's succession plan, the process of
identifying a suitable replacement is underway and a further
announcement regarding the appointment of a chief financial
officer, and member of the risk committee, will be made in due
course.
