AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the notice of Annual General
Meeting( AGM') containing the summarised consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2019, dispatched to
shareholders today, being Wednesday, 30 October 2019, sets out
the details of the Company's AGM which will be held at Summer
Place, 69 Melville Road, Sandhurst, Gauteng at 09h00 on
Wednesday, 27 November2019. The last day to trade in order to
be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday,
19 November 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is
Friday, 22 November 2019.
Shareholders are further advised that Metrofile's Integrated
Annual Report and audited Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 30 June 2019 have been published and are available
on the Company's website, www.metrofilegroup.com, and contain
no changes from the audited summarised consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 published on the
Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Thursday,
5 September 2019.
Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE
Listings Requirements, the Company's annual compliance report
in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read with the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been
published and is available on the Company's
website,www.metrofilegroup.com.
