NON-BINDING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Peregrine has received a non-binding expression of interest for the
acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Peregrine.
The expression of interest does not constitute a firm intention to make an offer and it is possible
that no offer may result from the process.
