Transaction update
Blue Label Telecoms ("BLT") shareholders are advised that, the negotiations regarding a transaction between Cell C and
the MTN Group Limited ("MTN") for an extended national roaming agreement are progressing well. We expect to update
shareholders on the finalisation of the long form agreement in the near future.
In addition, the Buffet transaction dealing with the recapitalisation of Cell C remains on track.
