NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, ELB shareholders are advised
that ELB has received notification from Apex Partners Holdings Proprietary Limited ("Apex
Partners") that Apex Partners has increased its beneficial interest in ELB such that Apex
Partners now holds 10.13% of the issued ordinary share capital of ELB.
