TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that for the six months ended 31 August
2019:
- headline loss per share is expected to be between 1,05 and 1,98 cents per share,
reflecting a decrease in excess of 100% as compared to the headline earnings
per share of 15,50 cents reported for the six months ended 31 August 2018, and
- loss per share is expected to be between 1,05 and 1,97 cents per share, reflecting
a decrease in excess of 100% as compared to the earnings per share of
15,40 cents reported for the six months ended 31 August 2018.
Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising its results for
the period concerned. It is expected that these results will be released on SENS on or
about 28 November 2019.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company's auditors.
