conversion ratio in respect of the amendments to the CoreShares Property Top Ten ETF and the
CoreShares Proptrax Sapy ETF and are advised that 9 882 753 CoreShares SAProp Income securities
have been listed on the JSE at an issue price of R14.91 per security. Following the listing there will be
27 022 621 CoreShares SAProp Income securities in issue with effect from 5 November 2019
