NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company has received a
notification that Morgan Stanley has acquired a beneficial interest in Reunert securities such that Morgan
Stanley now holds 5.151% of the issued ordinary share capital of Reunert (the "Acquisition").
Following the Acquisition, the position is held by Morgan Stanley in the following entities:
- Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. - 5.107%
- Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC - 0.036%
- Morgan Stanley and Co. International Plc - 0.008%
The majority of the position (5.107%) is held by discretionary managed funds and separately managed client
accounts.
