NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of EOH has decided this is an appropriate time to rotate
the independent external auditor. Consequently, the audit services of Mazars (Gauteng) Inc. ("Mazars") will
end on conclusion of its external audit responsibilities for the financial year ended 31 July 2019, which is
expected to be on or about 5 December 2019.
Following an assessment process, the Audit Committee, with the endorsement of the EOH board of directors,
recommends the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC") as the new auditors for the
financial year ending on 31 July 2020, subject to shareholders' approval at the scheduled annual general
meeting due to be held on Thursday, 5 December 2019 and effective from that date. A further announcement
in this regard will be made in due course
