CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Harish Mehta has tendered his resignation from the board of directors
of Redefine ("the Board") with effect from 5 November 2019.
Harish has served on the Board since 5 August 2009 and was due to retire by rotation at the annual
general meeting due to be held in February 2020.
The Board thanks Harish for his invaluable contribution to Redefine over the years and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
