Moody's Investor Service ("Moody's") has affirmed Growthpoint's long-term issuer rating of Baa3/Aaa.za. The
outlook on the ratings of Growthpoint changed from stable to negative as a direct consequence of the change of
outlook on the Baa3 sovereign rating of South Africa.
