WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement last published on
SENS on 26 September 2019 and are advised that the Company is withdrawing the
cautionary announcement as the parties have not met the conditions precedent, despite
the Company affording the parties extra time to meet the requirements. Accordingly, the
disposal agreements have lapsed.
