DEMAND FOR SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of New Frontier (the "board") has received
correspondence from Clyroplex Proprietary Limited, Delfiflo Proprietary Limited, Delfisat Proprietary
Limited and Delficraft Proprietary Limited, which collectively hold 29% of the issued share capital of New
Frontier, requiring the board to call a shareholders' meeting in terms of section 116(b) of the Mauritian
Companies Act, to consider various resolutions for the purposes of appointing:
- Dean Harris and Tina Prokas as independent non-executive directors;
- Franz Gmeiner as non-executive director and chairman;
- Rachel Mphephu as non-executive director; and
- Rob Vallance as executive director of New Frontier.
A further announcement regarding the shareholders' meeting will be released on SENS and published on the
SEM website in due course.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
