CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Conduit Capital ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Jabulani Mahlangu has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect
from 8 November 2019. Mr Mahlangu's resignation has been necessitated by the increased workload in
respect of his other commitments.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Mahlangu for his valuable contribution to the
Company during his tenure and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.
