Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 29 October 2019 and
are advised that the Company has secured the required funding through guarantees issued
by Bidvest Bank Limited ("Bidvest") to settle the remaining Investec Bank Limited liabilities.
The Board would like to extend its thanks to Bidvest for its practical and sensible assessment
of the financial position of the Group and looks forward to a professional and constructive
banking relationship going forward.
