Shareholders are hereby advised that Mettle Corporate Finance Proprietary Limited ("Mettle") and
Exchange Sponsors (2008) Proprietary Limited ("Exchange Sponsors") have resolved to merge their
respective JSE sponsor businesses.
As a result, Mettle has resigned as sponsor from the Company with effect from 11 November 2019
and Tradehold has subsequently appointed Exchange Sponsors as sponsor to the Company with effect
from 12 November 2019.
