CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR - APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON
The board of directors of ISA ("the Board"), in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of JSE Limited, is pleased to notify its shareholders that, Ms Onica Banyana Seku, who
was appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee
on 19 September 2019, has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Board with effect from
14 November 2019.
The Board welcomes Onica into her new role and looks forward to her continued contribution to the
Company.
