paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, MOTUS shareholders are advised
that Lazard Asset Management has notified the Company that it has, on behalf of its underlying
clients, disposed of securities of the Company.
Accordingly, Lazard Asset Management's beneficial interest held in MOTUS' ordinary shares are
currently 3,01% of the total issued securities of the same class.
