RECONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIAL & ETHICS COMMITTEE
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
the board of directors of Tsogo Sun Hotels has reconstituted the Social and Ethics committee following Ms CC
September's appointment as a director of the Company with effect from 15 August 2019.
Mr R Nicolella has tendered his resignation from the Social and Ethics committee with effect from 11 November
2019 and will be replaced by Ms CC September as a committee member with effect from the same date.
